We are continually investing in our people and fostering their development. Recently, our Work Winning Team participated in the Insights Discovery programme, led by our CCO Coach Denver Henderson.

A day spent off-site dedicated to enhancing self-awareness, communication skills, and improving team effectiveness. The team found that they have a perfect blend of the four personality colour energies; 6 greens, 6 yellows, 5 blues and 2 reds, which demonstrates why they all collaborate so well together.

Spending time together outside of the workplace, beyond roles and responsibilities, allowed the team to recognise and appreciate the unique qualities each person brings. Our Contracts and Design team will undergo the programme next, providing them with the opportunity to deepen their understanding of one another and further develop their team dynamics.
