Our team enjoyed a day out of the office to participate in our 2024 Team Bonding Event. The day kicked off with a delicious breakfast and an insightful talk from Ryan Tierney on the importance of Lean Manufacturing and key strategies to implement it effectively for future growth.

Afterwards, team members chose between completing activities at the Jungle or Splash, based on their preferences and later on in the day we regrouped into four teams to compete in a series of fun sports day activities, with the blue team claiming the trophy!

A huge thanks to the incredible Arbutus, Splash and Jungle teams for keeping us well fed and refreshed and accommodating us with everything on the lead up to the day.

We all had a great day, with lots of laughs and memories made – it was a great opportunity to come together as a full team, strengthening connections with colleagues we don’t often interact with in our day to day work – proving that even in strange times within the industry, our team spirit thrives!
