We completed this project in successful partnership with Queens Estates Department after a detailed public procurement process.

Our capability and capacity to undertake a project of this scale within a two month time frame was central to the award of the contract. Delivered within a live university campus, careful programming and co-ordination was vital between the Client and Specialist Group.

Power and data services were incorporated into the furniture to meet student requirements.

The project was awarded a prize by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) for its sustainable design.
