The St. Gerard’s project involved the extensive refurbishment of the former Balmoral High School. Officially opening for business in February 2014 the project was delivered within a challenging programme.
Visitors to the school are immediately welcomed by a feature reception counter manufactured from corian and glass with subtle backlighting for effect.
The library furniture clearly divides the space for the junior and senior school and incorporates individual study stations and quiet areas. Pupil breakout areas and interactive learning zones integrate AV and computer technology, truly making this a facility fit for the 21st century.
