Our COVID-19 Response: Statement from Managing Director

In the current unprecedented climate we find ourselves in, we would like to take this opportunity to reassure our customers that the Specialist Group is operating business as usual.

We are continuously monitoring the situation as it develops, and production and delivery schedules are continuing as normal.  We are committed to delivering the same great service our customers have come to expect from Specialist Group.

We have a detailed plan in place, that we have been working on this last number of weeks, please find details attached.

“Our plan allows us to protect people and keep the business moving for the benefit of our team and customers.  At Specialist we work closely with our customers and supply chain, we are available at all times via phone, email, social media platforms or video communications.

As a business that manufactures everything on site, we have full control of our own product and distribution and logistics. During these uncertain times, we have put new measures in place to ensure seamless delivery including an additional 100,000 sq ft of storage, that will allow call off of product in order to meet differing timelines and dedicated Design Teams spread across 3 locations.
