Metal Wall Panelling

Metal wall panelling is an attractive way to bring brand colours into any space.  From modern sleek lines of solid metal wall panelling to heavy industrial look through the use of mesh panelling, a range of finishes can be achieved.

Our wall panels are made to custom sizes to ensure a perfect fit on site with no need for cutting and can even be manufactured to carry join details from adjacent floors or ceilings.

We offer a range of fixing options including a full build out from structural walls including all necessary stud work.  Finished wall panels can be permanently fixed by bonding, mechanically fixed, or removable through the use of hook baton or keyhole style fixings.  Our Design Team will offer advice on the most suitable fixing process for your project through our collaborative design service.

Product Materials:

Aluminium – Offering a significant low weight advantage, aluminium panelling is the number one choice where the metal panelling will receive secondary finishing e.g. polyester powder coating.

Stainless Steel – Stainless Steel wall panelling is an excellent choice for low maintenance in high traffic areas. It is most commonly used in its natural colour in either a brushed or mirror polished finish. Where high corrosion resistance is of priority, Stainless Steel is the go to choice.

Mild Steel – Mild Steel is often used corrosion resistance is of less concern than achieving an industrial look.

Product Finishes:

Polyester Powder Coated – Our powder coat colour range is virtually unlimited.  Offering the RAL classic colour range as well as a colour match service to most popular paint brands, we are confident we can offer a colour to meet your design scheme. We also offer a range of metallic colours designed to offer the versatility and durability of powder coat but mimic the appearance of natural or anodised metals.

Brushed – Brushed finishes take on the natural colour of the chosen metal and provide a low sheen finish.  For further durability the finish can be protected by a clear lacquer although this is often unnecessary.

Polished – Polished finishes give a mirror sheen to the base metal.  Mirrored wall panelling provides a feeling of space and amplifies lighting in any area.

Anodised – Anodising is an electrochemical finishing process that colours the surface of aluminium materials and enhances the natural oxide layer that protects aluminium to provide greater corrosion resistance.

Maximum Size – Most wall panels are available up to 3000 x 1500mm, although it is advisable to consider smaller panel sizes for site access and installation requirements.
