Happy International Women’s Day! A day to celebrate the achievements of women and raise awareness about gender equality.

This year’s theme is #BreakTheBias and at Specialist we are proud to be an employer that champions diversity. We have above industry standard number of females working with us in all areas of the business at board level, senior management, production team and onsite.

We were delighted to take the time today to recognise our Specialist Ladies for their continuous effort and dedication. We enjoyed tales of how International Women’s Day was created and Group Chairman John Bosco O’Hagan presented all our Specialist Ladies who break the bias each day with a goody bag.
