Our Year 1 and 2 apprentices recently took part in our ‘Breakfast with the Board’ initiative, designed to foster open communication and learning. This initiative breaks down barriers, allowing everyone to connect and share in our company’s vision for the future.

During the breakfast, we were thrilled to celebrate the achievements of our 2022 apprentices. Erica, Keith, Sam, Ryan and Patryk have all earned their NVQ Level 2 Diploma in Architectural Joinery and their City & Guilds Level 2 Diploma in Bench Joinery. A testament to their hard work and dedication, and we look forward to seeing them continue to grow within the company!

John Bosco, our Group Chairman, spoke to the apprentices, sharing his personal journey and the core values that he has instilled in Specialist Group. He encouraged them to embrace these values as they continue their career paths within our team.
