Project Manager (Specialist Fire Doors)

About Specialist Group

Specialist Group is a market leader in high-end joinery and fit-out solutions with over 35 years of experience, 250+ skilled staff, and annual turnover of approximately £45 million.
We design, manufacture, and install bespoke interiors across commercial, hospitality, healthcare, education, and luxury residential sectors throughout the UK and Ireland.

As part of our ongoing growth, we are establishing a dedicated Specialist Fire Doors Division — focused on the design, manufacture, certification, and installation of fire-rated joinery and doorsets for complex, compliance-driven environments.
This new division will build on the Group’s deep joinery expertise and reputation for quality, delivering certified, performance-critical products that protect life and property while meeting the highest aesthetic standards.

  • Ensure all installations comply with certified systems, manufacturer guidance, and project specifications.
  • Conduct on-site inspections and coordinate client sign-offs.
  1. Client & Stakeholder Communication
  • Act as the main client contact for your projects.
  • Provide proactive communication, progress updates, and issue resolution throughout.

  • Develop and manage detailed project budgets and schedules.
  • Track variations, costs, and progress to ensure delivery within commercial targets.
  1. Health, Safety & Quality
  • Ensure all works are delivered safely, in line with company and site-specific requirements.
  • Uphold the highest standards of workmanship and regulatory compliance.
