Pleased to be sharing Myo St Paul’s office located at One New Change, London. Working in collaboration with Basha-Franklin and Mace, to create a vibrant and adaptable coworking space that prioritised sustainability and flexibility.

Overlooking St. Paul’s Cathedral, the 47,500 sq ft of office space emphasis importance towards movement through numerous shared spaces, balancing flexible collaboration zones with private focused settings. Each floor is uniquely coloured to define distinct zones.

With a goal to achieve WELL Platinum certification and recognising the significant impact the environment has on human health and well-being, the project incorporated extensive greenery, optimised natural light reflection throughout, and used non-toxic materials and finishes to create a healthy and inspiring workspace that users want to come into.

Our scope of works involved; reception desk and main entrance portal, work benches, booth seating, events portal, breakout lounge, tea points with refreshment island, planter seating, buxkin and valchromat wall panelling, phone boot and pantry. Another fantastic project to add to our commercial portfolio!
