Seamus Donnelly, Team Leader and Ryan McGovern, Glass & Metal Production Manager have both successfully completed an ILM Level 3 in Mentoring and Leadership.

This course was in collaboration with South West College and MEGA and lays a foundation for a mentoring program within Specialist Group that will provide support to our apprentices and other young employees in the early stages of their career.
