Our team leaders completed a specially designed leadership coaching program known as ‘Leadership in Action’.

This was led by our CCO coach Denver Henderson and was designed with a focus on ‘Empowerment & Engagement’. Over the past 12 months, our team has incorporated a range of tools to assist them in guiding their teams and embracing the core principles of lean manufacturing throughout the business.
