A small team from Specialist Group visited Seating Matters this week and were blown away by their Lean Philosophy and positive work environment.

The engagement and energy from the Seating Matters team from early in the morning was exceptional and set the pace for the tour which did not disappoint. The ideas were soon flowing within the Specialist Team with thoughts of how we could implement some of the lean thinking and the enthusiasm to make these improvements happen was exciting.
