Zanzibar Locke is a central Dublin aparthotel designed around flexibility, comfort and guest experience – combining hotel-style service with the independence of apartment living.
Working with C&W O’Brien and Bennett Construction, Specialist delivered bespoke joinery and metalwork across key front-of-house areas. Scope included the front bar, brass display area, feature wall panelling, feature ceiling, concierge desk, washroom facilities and IPS panels.
The project required careful design response and controlled delivery to support a distinctive hospitality environment in a busy city location. Specialist’s work helped create a refined and practical guest experience, where architectural detail, durability and finish quality carry through the shared spaces.
