A six-floor headquarters where brand, inclusion and technical detail come together.

Virgin Media O2’s London headquarters in Paddington was designed as a vibrant, inclusive and adaptable workplace, shaped by the company’s identity and the different ways its people work.

Delivered with Gensler and BW Workplace Experts, the six-floor headquarters combines themed environments, collaborative spaces and neurodivergent-friendly settings. Specialist delivered bespoke joinery throughout, coordinating more than 100 finishes and developing over 150 samples to achieve the required look and feel. Red and blue linseed oils applied to birch plywood created distinctive feature seating across several floors.

Specialist also engineered lightweight, demountable metal structures capable of supporting multiple AV frames while meeting tight site-access requirements. Targeting BREEAM Outstanding and WELL Platinum, the result balances strong brand expression with inclusion, sustainability and technically resolved craftsmanship.
