Heritage Rebuilt Properly

A landmark hotel regeneration delivered with substantial front-of-house joinery.

Titanic Hotel Liverpool forms part of a £36m regeneration project within the city’s historic docklands, creating a hotel destination connected to one of the world’s most recognised maritime stories.

Specialist delivered a substantial joinery package across the development, including a replica of Titanic’s grand staircase and a full front-of-house package.

The project called for craftsmanship, scale and sensitivity to context. Heritage-led hospitality environments rely on detail that feels appropriate to the story of the building while performing for modern hotel use.

Specialist’s work contributed to a distinctive four-star hotel environment that supports guest experience, visitor impact and the wider regeneration of Liverpool’s dockland.
