The Chancery Hotel
Summary
Luxury in Detail
A Dublin hotel fit-out delivered across guest rooms, front-of-house spaces and hospitality environments.
The Chancery Hotel brings contemporary hospitality, sustainability and guest experience together in the heart of Dublin.
Working with Horan Rainsford Architects and Alpha, Specialist delivered joinery, glass and metalwork across multiple areas of the hotel, from reception and restaurant seating to the breakfast area, bar snug, washrooms and guest bedrooms.
The scope included bedframes, wardrobes, bedside tables, TV surrounds, luggage racks, wall panelling and mirrors, helping create a consistent hospitality experience from front of house through to private rooms.
As a LEED Gold certified hotel, The Chancery was designed to balance high-end guest experience with lower-impact performance. Specialist’s role required careful coordination across varied spaces, ensuring each detail supported the wider interior concept and the quality expected within a premium hotel environment.
