Comprising 213 apartments, the development combines private residences with extensive resident amenities, including a 24-hour concierge, private leisure suite, gym and cinema.
Working with Squire & Partners, rg+p and Berkeley St Edward, Specialist delivered joinery, glass, metal and doors across apartment interiors and communal spaces. Scope included reception furniture, wall panelling, timber flooring, bespoke doors, wardrobes, vanity units, bevelled mirrors, mirror-polished metal trims, glass balustrades, stair stringers and bespoke storage.
The scale of the scheme required careful production, logistics and installation planning, ensuring high volumes of bespoke components were delivered with consistency, control and the finish expected within a premium London development.
