Specialist Group was delighted to have been involved in Project Apollo, a new HQ for the asset management firm in Central London.

The scope of works involved 4 floors at 80,000 sq. ft of high end joinery, with a number of unique challenging design features throughout. The four floors include client space, a coffee bar, employee dining area and fitness centre with Specialist Group undertaking joinery and metal works to reception areas, wall panelling, booths, planters and meeting rooms.

In its commitment to fostering an enhanced environment, Project Apollo achieved top marks with the Considerate Constructors Scheme (CCS) for the project’s impact on its neighbours, local community and the environment which Specialist Group helped to contribute towards. The project team at ISG worked hard to ensure there was visibility for all operatives on site, culminating in the creation of a captivating fully animated 3D fly through to showcase the finish project vision, alongside drone flights and progress photos, an amazing way to reward those involved from the first stage.
