Overlooking St Paul’s Cathedral, Myo St Paul’s is a 47,500 sq ft flexible workplace designed around collaboration, wellbeing and sustainability.
Working with Basha-Franklin and Mace Interiors, Specialist delivered a £1.1m bespoke joinery package supporting the project’s aspiration to achieve WELL Platinum certification. The extensive scope included reception and entrance features, work benches, booth and planter seating, event spaces, refreshment islands, phone booths and bespoke wall panelling.
When the specified stone proved unsuitable for the curved forms envisioned, Specialist worked with its supply chain and manufacturing team to develop a practical solution that preserved the design intent. Installation within the four-storey atrium brought further challenges, requiring detailed coordination to manage safe working at height and progress around a staircase introduced late in the programme. The result is a carefully resolved workplace shaped by material ingenuity, precise planning and consistent execution.
