Following more than forty years in its previous headquarters, this leading marine underwriter relocated to 155 Bishopsgate, creating a contemporary workplace designed around collaboration, wellbeing and client experience.

Working with MCM Architecture and BW Workplace Experts, Specialist delivered bespoke joinery across the sixth floor, including social hubs, collaborative spaces, focus areas, meeting rooms, washrooms, reception and client lounge environments.

The package required careful coordination between design, manufacture and installation to ensure each bespoke element integrated with adjacent finishes and building services. The completed headquarters balances hospitality, daily workplace function and refined detailing within a flexible, people-focused environment.
