A Bermudan-inspired headquarters shaped by wellbeing, sustainability and bespoke detail.

This London headquarters was designed to reflect the client’s Bermudan heritage while incorporating Feng Shui principles across the workplace.

Working with Align Design & Architecture and Overbury, Specialist delivered bespoke joinery throughout reception, workplace support areas, tea points, meeting facilities, print rooms, washrooms and a yoga studio. The package also included unique architectural features such as the reception terrarium installation.

Low and zero-VOC materials supported a healthier working environment, while careful coordination with glazing, finishes and building services helped preserve the design intent. The result is a workplace balancing sustainability, wellbeing, craft and operational performance.
