Convene at 22 Bishopsgate combines premium meeting facilities, hospitality environments and flexible workspace within one of London’s tallest and most recognisable commercial towers.

Working with Woods Bagot and Overbury, Specialist delivered bespoke joinery and metalwork throughout the venue, supporting reception, hospitality and collaborative spaces designed around Convene’s flexible operating model. A defining feature was the creation of substantial curved ends in a difficult-to-source material.

Our solution was crafted travertine slabs, each machined from a single solid block and curved in two directions to achieve the seamless finish envisioned by the client. Their exceptional weight required carefully engineered structural supports, while the tower location demanded rigorous planning across manufacture, delivery and installation. The result combines material ambition, precision engineering and operational performance within a premium hospitality-led setting.
