Specialist Group was delighted to be involved in the fit out of the new corporate headquarters for Anglo American & De Beers.

The site located in the Hatton Garden Conservation Area was previously occupied by De Beers who moved to join parent company Anglo American in Carlton House, Westminster in 2017. However, the desire to return created an opportunity of redevelopment and refurbishment of an old site.

The project involved part-demolition of the existing building and exposure of the structural frame, with additional extensions and refurbishing of the historic building, creating a high quality headquarters designed to meet the appropriate needs of the modern businesses.

Specialist Group completed both the CAT A and the CAT B works on this prestigious project, providing bespoke Joinery, Glass and Metal.

Our scope of works included tea points, seating booths, staircase/lounge seating, phone booths, quite room pods, refreshment hub island, meeting room glass, fabric walls, writable glass boards and wall panelling with metal trim.
