Specialist delivered bespoke joinery and fitted furniture for three new inpatient wards at Altnagelvin Hospital, working with Farrans Construction.
The scope included front reception, cash desk, staff bases, bench seating, integrated panel systems, bedroom furniture and wardrobes.
Healthcare environments require robust, practical and carefully coordinated furniture that supports patients, staff and day-to-day hospital use. Specialist’s previous healthcare experience helped support specification, manufacture and installation across a demanding clinical setting.
The project demonstrates Specialist’s capability in healthcare fit-out, where durability, hygiene, user comfort and programme control must work together.
