177 Bothwell Street is one of Scotland’s most technologically advanced and sustainable office developments, and the first Scottish commercial development to achieve SmartScore accreditation.
Working with Sheppard Robson and FES Group, Specialist delivered bespoke glass and metal packages supporting the building’s contemporary architectural language. Scope included stainless steel lift surrounds, bronze glazed lift lobbies, feature metal portals, Corian reception desks, glazed bulkheads, bespoke stair panels, shower doors and decorative back-painted glass within washrooms.
The project required careful coordination between architectural finishes and building services, ensuring precision, consistency and a clean contemporary result.
