A highly sustainable office development in Glasgow. The building is the first Scottish property to attain the new SmartScore accreditation for smart buildings.

177 Bothwell Street features a rooftop terrace and running track, 318 cycle spaces, electric vehicle charging points, and touchless technology throughout the building.

Specialist Group completed the Glass and Metal works for the project, with our scope of works including; stainless steel lift surrounds, bronze glass for all lift lobbies, black metal portal walkthrough, corian reception desk with feature glass bulkheads, metal stair panels, shower doors and back painted glass to toilets and shower rooms.
